Designer label ditches vouchers; launches gift card

Designer label, Ted Baker, has launched a reloadable, closed loop gift card in partnership with PrePay Solutions. They have designed, implemented and operated the new gift card programme to replace the retailer’s existing paper based voucher system.

The Ted Baker Gift Card is currently available to all UK customers and will eventually be introduced to all countries where the company has a presence. The gift card programme will therefore become a global project for both Ted Baker and PrePay Solutions.

Customers can also register and monitor their card’s balance online, enabling them to check their buying history, balance and reload funds whenever it suits them. ted_baker_gift_card_her_jpg
